What to expect…

Class: 60 Minute - Yoga & Group Discussion

Ideal Age Group: 12-16 Year Olds

Class Break Down:

  1. Warm-Up Stretching & Themed Breathing

  2. Up to 15 Themed Poses within 2 Sun Salutations

  3. 1-2 Games

  4. Closing - “Mindful Thought of the Day”

  5. Group Discussion Around a Topic

Topics can include: Careers, Friends, Health, Sports, Music, Arts, Texting, Social Media, Bullying, Anxiety, Over-Scheduling, Goals, Likes/Hobbies, Family, Positive Mottos, Cultures, Our World, Travel, Books, etc.

This class is designed around teenagers and their need to express themselves, talk about things happening in their world, and as a way to help teens navigate life in healthy, mindful, and proactive ways for a brighter future!
